  • Name4. The car parking and turning facilities shown within the curtilage of, or serving each dwelling shall be provided in accordance with the submitted proposed site layout drawing No. 14-072-003 P01 Rev. M, hard surfaced and made available for use before the dwelling is occupied and shall thereafter be permanently so maintained. 5. The proposed bat mitigation measures shall be provided throughout the construction process in accordance with the details shown on the submitted drawing no. 4920-E-020 and the Ibstock Brick literature. The bat mitigation measures shall thereafter be maintained and retained at all times. 7. Within three months of the date of commencement, details of satisfactory pedestrian visibility splays at the junction of each private access with the internal road shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing. Before the first occupation of each dwelling, the approved pedestrian visibility splays in connection with the access serving that dwelling shall be provided and thereafter maintained. No planting or structure shall be provided within those splays higher than 0.6 metres above ground level, in accordance with the current standards of the Local Highway Authority. 8. Notwithstanding the provisions of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order, with or without modifications), no enlargement, improvement or other alteration to the roof space of plots 337 and 338 shall be carried out. 9. Drainage shall be provided within the curtilage of each dwelling and private access drive such that surface water does not drain into the Public Highway and thereafter shall be so maintained.
